Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected on this site is The Wagging Way LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which operates the Tribo brand. Privacy contact: info@tribohq.com.
What we collect and why
- Free audit request: name, clinic name, email, phone, city and the clinic's website or Google link. We use them to prepare and send your audit and to answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical data: the hosting provider (Vercel) logs minimal technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
- This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Who processes data for us
Form requests are stored in our contact management system (HighLevel / LeadConnector, USA) and the site is hosted by Vercel (USA). They process data only on our behalf, with appropriate safeguards for international transfers (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long
We keep audit request data for up to 24 months after the last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, the contract and legal invoicing periods apply.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@tribohq.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Patient data of client clinics
When we provide services to a clinic (review replies, assistant, reminders), the clinic is the controller of its patients' data and Tribo acts as processor under a written data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28). We never use that data for our own purposes.
